CITIZENS BUSINESS BANK - NEW ACCOUNT INFORMATION
Basic Information:
Monthly base cost for General and Trust accounts combined will be
$65.00 per month including an Image Deposit Scanner or
$40.00 per month without an Image Deposit Scanner
All fees will be charged to the General Account
The Escrow Solution Package Includes:
o Positive Pay (Trust Account)
o Daily recon file (Trust Account)
o ACH Debit Block (Trust Account)
o eCorp Online Banking (General and Trust Accounts)
o Image Deposit (General and Trust Accounts)
o VISA Debit Card (General account only)
Additional fees that may apply:
Outgoing Wire Fee $25.00
Stop Payments Fee $25.00 input by bank / $10.00 customer input online
All Stop payments are for 6 months. Must renew if longer period of time required.
Cashier Check fee: $10.00 for non-customers
Beach Business Bank will cover the cost of the initial order of 250 Laser Security Checks.

Image Deposit is available to Virtual Escrow™ account holders and is included with the $65.00 monthly maintenance fee. This hardware/software platform will allow users to electronically scan and deposit checks into their General or Trust accounts. For additional information please contact:

NO General account will be required. Citizens Business Bank will establish an ACH debit to their existing business general account for the Trust account fees.
