ELECTRONIC TRUST ACCOUNTING SERVICE provides for oversight of your trust account
activity. Your trust account activity is transmitted electronically on a daily basis to Virtual Escrow's
professional, trained staff. They'll process your activity and produce monthly reconciliation reports
for viewing or printing at your convenience.
RECONCILIATION SERVICE provides daily exception review and/or monthly reconciliation to
detect discrepancies between your trust accounting reports and the bank statement.
POSITIVE PAY DATA TRANSMISSION helps protect your trust account against fraud. On a
daily basis, we electronically transmit your check information issued from your trust account. Checks
being presented for payment are verified against the system issue file for any variation.
